Digital products, designed and built end to end

Nine years across system analysis, product ownership and design — payments, fintech, e-commerce, mobile at scale. Three disciplines that normally sit in three different people, in one head, which is what makes a whole product buildable by one pair of hands.

Prototypes worth judging

No wireframe stage, no grey boxes, no requirements document to sign off. The first thing you see is close to the finished product — real layout, real states, real content. Nobody can evaluate a grey rectangle, and pretending otherwise burns the weeks when the decisions that matter are still cheap.

The analysis stops being a phase

Nine years of system analysis in payment orchestration, fintech and retail at scale does not go away — it just stops arriving as paperwork. Data model, integration contracts, permissions, the states and edge cases nobody thinks to ask about: decided early, then encoded in the prototype rather than in a spec you would have to read. You get the thinking as something that runs.

One head, Figma to production

Design and engineering are the same job here, not two suppliers. Interface designed properly in Figma, then Next.js, React Native or Python underneath it, with payments, auth, admin tooling and deploys included. Nothing is lost in a handover because there is no handover.

Aleksei Makeev

My working days go into system analysis and product ownership — payment orchestration, BNPL and wallets, smart-home IoT, a grocery app with millions of users. The seven projects above are what happens when all of that sits with one person.

That combination is the offer. Requirements, design and implementation stop being handovers, which is usually where a project loses time. Best fit: a product that needs one person to take it from an idea to something running in production.
